Indexes which characterize the level of physical preparation of sportswomen are considered. The sportswomen of contact types of east single combats took part in research: karate, thaiboxing, taekwondo. 24 sportswomen of high qualification took part in testing: 8 - specialized in karate, 8 - thaiboxing, 8 is taekwondo. Age of sportswomen made from 16 to 25 years. Sporting experience of employments by single combats from 7 to 15 years. Dependence of level of development of physical preparedness of sportswomen is confirmed on the specific of the applied technical arsenal of receptions.
