dc.description Cet article se propose d’analyser une formation de formateurs conduite comme une recherche-action dont les objectifs étaient doubles :1. initier des enseignants du second degré à la « captation de sources authentiques sur Internet libres de droit pour les exploiter en classe » (PAF de l’Académie de Nantes),2. mesurer comment établir un lien solide entre théorie et pratique en remplissant les attentes des enseignants et celles des chercheurs.Un dispositif de recueil de données a permis de mesurer :- les attentes et les représentations des partenaires,- les évolutions en cours de formation,- l’attitude en fin de formation et le degré de satisfaction.Par une confrontation entre le contenu, le déroulement et les résultats, l’article donnera un témoignage sur la pertinence d’une rencontre entre des chercheurs universitaires et des enseignants de terrain et sur les critères qui favorisent cette pertinence.<br>This paper is about a training course planned as action research in order to be run as efficiently as possible and to increase our knowledge of the field. It was seen as an opportunity to add to the theoretical reflection on teacher training.The aim of the course was to train teachers to download copyright-free Internet documents for subsequent use in the classroom. As researchers, we also aimed at linking theory and practice so as to meet the trainees’ expectations as well as promoting knowledge.The action research tools made it possible to assess :- the expectations and representations of all the people involved in the course,- changes as the course went by and their effect,- end of course attitudes and satisfaction of every partner.By highlighting the problems faced to reach a compromise between planned content, reality of context, development and results, this contribution will try to show the relevance of an encounter between researchers and practitioners and what criteria can be of use to evaluate its impact.
