The main purpose of the article is the definition of alternative program’s effective employment for the students of the 1 - 3 years in shaping, fitness, callanetica in order to eliminate harmful habits by physical culture means. The introduction of such programs into the system of physical education is the essential problem of its modernization. Girl’s voluntary questioning exposed smokers and drunks. In the course of our research we marked, that the use of physical-preventive program consisted of 3 blocks - information-propaganda, motivational, correctional, led to the positive results. The program formed healthy behavior, raised stability, made better study, corrected figure. But many problems of preventive measures are not resolved yet; it can become the theme of the future research.
