The intention of the present investigation was to design, to apply and to value a program of creative strategies in order to harness the creative attitude of the professors of mathematical, tending to the improvement of the education of this science. From an initial diagnosis the objectives that oriented the investigation were: (a) To demonstrate the presence of creative attitude through its indicators: -tolerance, fluidity, flexibility, originality and analogy in the professors of physics; (b) To elaborate a program of creative strategies for the professors of physics; (c) To apply the program elaborated of creative strategies to the professors of physics and (d) Valuing the program elaborated and applied of creative strategies like factor of change in the attitude of the professors of physics for education. When making the three cornered interpretation of the registries of the investigator, the external observers and the students were demonstrated that the professors of physics only present the tolerance like creative attitude indicator. By virtue of the observed deficiencies and as an application of the program of Technical creative strategies were applied the factory "of Creative Stimulation" in order to harness in them the creative attitude. Once executed the factory the three cornered interpretation was made in the second phase obtaining itself like result the involution of four of the five analyzed creative attitude indicators. These findings it is come off that the creativity can be harnessed through systematic training.
