У статті наведено аналіз методологічних підходів та теоретичних засад оцінювання якості електронних засобів навчання у сфері освіти. Виявлено методи та підходи до організації етапів науково-педагогічного дослідження з оцінювання якості електронних засобів навчання як складової навчального середовища.<br>In this article the analysis of methodological approaches and theoretic bases of quality of electronic resources assessment in the sphere of education are proposed. Methods and approaches of scientific pedagogical investigation stages organization of electronic resources assessment as educational environment component are revealed.
