Description:
The article provaides list of pedagogical conditions for effective implementation of fitness, as well as presents the structural of fitnessclasses and the results of the proposed activities. The aim of the research is formulate and justify the pedagogical conditions that cause the effectiveness of fitness with deaf women of the first period of age. The novelty of work is to identify the pedagogical conditions improve fitness with deaf women through the individualization of the fitness programs, the presence of teachers with expertise in arranging and conducting fitness to people with hearing loss, a subject-subject interaction between teachers and engaged, the motivational support of healthy lifestyles, build and maintain a favorable, moral and psychological climate in the classroom, presence of infrastructure and logistics, providing the opportunity to organizing and conducting full fitness with a invalid on hearing. The study proved the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions of fitness in solving the problems of correction of motor and functional impairment, the normalization of physical fitness and mental and emotional condition of the deaf women of the first period age.
