The change in the institutions of higher education cannot be made exclusively from understanding their inner nature, today as never think about transforming the mission of universities requires the understanding that such changes are conceived in a way that is possible to design policies guidance of professional skills. Train professionals who are characterized by handling analytical and symbolic skills, with ability to discover, appreciate, understand, investigate, work in teams, communicate and reach consensus is the great challenge of higher education in pursuit of a culture that allows the development of certain skills needed and demanded by today's society.
