The projection and realization of the technological subsystems of imitative models of making effective management decisions concerning matters of university lecturers labour stimulation. Method and methodology of carrying out of work: the method of the social - economic objects and system modelling; the method of normal forms for projecting of the relational data base; the method of the projection and analysis of the information flow DFD. Results: the imitative model of formation and correction of management decisions concerning stimulation of universities lecturers labour was developed, such model does not have an analogue among famous software products in the field of the stuff management.
