The state of problem and prospect of the use of volleyball is considered for the decision of educational tasks and improvement of bodily condition of students. The process of physical education of students is investigational 4-5 classes of general educational establishment. Attention in the presence of motor low-density of most lessons of physical education is accented. The necessity of introduction of new technology of forming students playing volleyball skills is grounded. Technology takes into account alternative traditional approaches and directed on the improvement of bodily condition of students in the process of physical education.
