The reform of higher education in China is the result of the rapid development of the global economic integration, in which bilingual or English teaching practice is one of the significant initiatives that is ill performed in practice. This paper has analysed the difficulties for bilingual teaching in management as well as the reason in three aspects, that is, student, teacher and teaching material; then the corresponding recommendations have been proposed, specifically on how to help student get out of the fear to learning in the background, and the diversity of both the teaching material and methods, as well as the cultivation of critical thinking ability, and so on, in order to develop the proper bilingual teaching mode of China that can improve the teaching quality and benefit both teacher and student.
