In this work, it is presented a didactic conception for the diagnosis of the learning capacities as a formative process of the students of the university of Physical Culture and Sports, in such a way that favors the gradual and spiral movement of the mental activity, critical thinking, the abstract thought and conscious to Foster the development of mental qualities in the solution of teaching tasks in the educative practice. This conception allows to educate the critical thinking for structuring mentally the secuence of didactic and methodological actions in the pedagogical performance.
