The topicality of the article is conditioned by the significance growth of supercomputer technologies and parallel computing for modern information system developing. The goal of the research is a performance condition development within the scope of scientific and education center of the Far Eastern federal university for the training system of qualified personnel in the field of supercomputing technology and specialized software which is developing during project of the Presidential Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of the Russian economy (http://i-russia.ru) is in progress. The study defines methods of graduate level growth for modern knowledge acquisition to develop program systems using modern computers. Field of application of the results applies to process of innovation management of mathematical curses studying in universities.
