Description:
The article discusses the procedure of the unevenness measurement of the labor collective with using dichotomy method, that is, the division of the entire team to the front ("head") and backward ("tail") by the quantile principle. Requirement scaling dichotomy leads to a power law distribution for the "head" and the modified power law for the "tail." In this regard, the concepts of self-similar population (in direction) to the head (PSH) and the population of self-similar (in direction) to the tail (PST) are introduced. Evidence-concrete university shows that under the heading "Educational work" Faculty members organize on the principle of Pareto's 60/40, showing fractal properties - belonging to the type of PSH, and the corresponding parameter of the power function is close to the "golden corridor" 0.50-0.62.
