The article examined the factors that influence the development of creative abilities of primary school pupils in conditions of reforming the education and implementation of information and communication technologies into educational process. Rules of pedagogical dialogue, feature of modern means of information technologies, in particular computer games, which in a case of pedagogical reasonable use, can promote development of creative potential of the person are defined.<br>У статті розглянуті фактори, що впливають на розвиток творчих здібностей молодших школярів в умовах реформування шкільної освіти і впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у навчально-виховний процес. Визначаються правила педагогічного спілкування., властивості сучасних засобів інформаційних технологій, зокрема комп&amp;rsquo;ютерних ігор, які за умови педагогічного виправданого використання, можуть сприяти розвитку творчого потенціалу особистості.
