A study about the development in the educational environment, at any level, is vitall for any government which claims to strengthen education as an instrument of liberation. It is not enough the use of meaningless slogans or which is even worst, doing nothing in the daily reality we experiment in our schools. The objective is to drive the liberating contend in the New Curriculum Design, make them known, defend and taken them in a way that we become examples to follow by our colleagues and students. In relation with these ideas I think that the unfinished tasks (traditional school) and the new ones (innovative school) should be managed from community organizations (Consejos Comunales) with the activation and integration of plans that allow teachers to expand the creative potential of students, parents and representatives of the educational community. According to my opinion, that would be the essence of a new socialist state. For that reason, it is necessary to offer an education to and for the liberating work as a transforming element of the work value in students and, at the same time with this offering, to make students develop new qualities for a satisfactory integration in Consejos Comunales.
