In our education life, most of us do not question sufficiently what, how much, and how we learn and what we need to learn. Education life in schools might be limited to certificates received without answering these questions fully. It seems difficult to expect success without answering these question in practical training at industrial institutions which are important for vocational education,. In vocational and technical education,it is important to reach an overlap between the learning outcomes and the expectations of business world and students’ interests-needs in terms of developing national economy, facilitating employment after vocational education, and keeping social peace through job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the skills and knowledge developed by the students in technical departments of vocational colleges during workplace training. Therefore, a questionnaire related to students learning outcomes is prepared and applied. After the application of the questionnaire, the results are discussed. As a result of the data analysis in the study, the learning outcomes that occur during industry-partnered education are found to fall into three main areas: understanding the business world; achieving personal development and career planning; acquiring the practical skills and institutional knowledge in the related field.
