Description:
In recent decades, there is a global outcry by bringing scientific knowledge to the public, so that it they can appropriate it and they can use it for their personal benefit and group in a socio-natural environment. We recognize three positions in the approach known as popularization of science. In this research we assume the dialogue of knowledge referred to as an interaction between the knowledge produced in the scientific community and a community of social production in a context relevant to the learner. We conducted a study to build a strategy for teaching physics, which promotes a dialogue of knowledge, between knowledge constructed and used by a production community, and knowledge from the scientific community, on the of Route chocolate context. This allows us to propose a methodology for teaching science that integrates knowledge and promotes learning in social context, which we consider feasible for both formal education and informal education.
