Organization climate is the characteristics which differs an organization from the others, that are perceived by the members, expressed as organization values and features and endure in time. Climate affects all organizational functions. It has a determinant role on all organizational outputs such as profit, work performance, job satisfaction and moral. As climate has on influence on success and satisfaction, it can be used as a motor force to achieve organizational goals and organizational improvement. An organization climate which supports a peaceful, trustworthy, innovative and creative atmosphere; benefits both the organization and the members. In this study, it was noticed to determine the context of the climate which is generally used and confused in the same meaning with another term, culture. It was also studied to determine the relation between influence of organizational climate and organizational performance. For this purpose, two kinds of question texts are used. The first one is a pre-test and determines the climate scores within organizations as maximum and minimum. The other text measures the climate and performance scores. The text forms were applied to departments that have similar constructions and sizes. Two primary school was defined for sample. Firs one had low level organization climate score and second school had highs. Two kinds of question texts are used. It was for used that there were 0.733 correlations between high climate score and organizational performance.
