The article deals with aspects of the training of future teachers to implement the process of formation of readiness for research students in secondary school. One of the priorities of the system of higher education is to prepare future teachers for advanced forms of organization of the school. Today there is a need for a transition to a new form of educational organization, which puts students in the position of the researcher. The purpose of this paper is to examine the methodological aspects of the preparation of future teachers in the process of organization of research students. Based on the ideas of the experience of work, method of forming the future readiness of teachers to organize research students should be based on a number of provisions. Future teachers should: understand the need for research in high school, to know the theoretical basis for the organization and implementation of the research activities of students in the learning process; own technologies, methods and instructional techniques organizing research students.
