The lack of behavior, attitudes and environmental knowledge of human activity have increased the Earth's environmental problems, with consumerism and the irrational exploitation of natural resources the main concern, so that environmental education begins with the purpose of solve the existing problems as a result of the man-nature (De Esteban, 2000). Through higher education institutions and the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES) began the formal proposal for the sustainable development of Mexico in 1985 incorporating the environmental dimension into university curriculum, in turn mentioned the importance of strengthen actions with higher education institutions in the area of environmental management (Valderrama & Velazquez, 2008), made in 2002, making over one hundred institutional environmental plans to raise the environmental awareness of the population, so the aim of this researches to measure the level of environmental education through the attitudes, behaviors and environmental knowledge in Degree.<br>La falta de comportamiento, actitudes y conocimientos ambientales de la actividad humana han incrementando la problemática ambiental de la Tierra, siendo el consumismo y la explotación irracional de los recursos naturales la principal preocupación, por lo que se da inicio la educación ambiental con el propósito de solucionarla problemática existentes como consecuencia de la relación hombre-naturaleza (De Esteban, 2000).<br /> A través de las instituciones de educación superior y la Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior (ANUIES), iniciaron la propuesta formal para el desarrollo sustentable de México en 1985 incorporando la dimensión ambiental al currículo universitario, a su vez mencionan la importancia de fortalecer las acciones con las instituciones de educación superior en el área de la gestión ambiental (Valderrama & Velázquez, 2008), realizando en el año 2002 la elaboración de más de cien planes ambientales institucionales para poder elevar el nivel de cultura ambiental de la población, por lo que el objetivo de esta investigación es medir el nivel de educación ambiental a través de las actitudes, comportamientos y conocimientos ambientales en el nivel de Licenciatura.<br />
