Description:
The study presents a research of self efficacy of teachers of secondary education in the Trnava region in Slovakia. Research was realised in the year 2013 and its main objective was description and comparison of the level of self efficacy of teachers according to gender, length of practice and the type of school they teach at. The results of the research document the high self efficacy of the participating respondents, indicating a relatively high conviction of teachers about their professional competence.
