Aim of research is finding out effect of control constructed with learning style in web based education. Research was carried on with 66 students studying at Atatürk Anatolian High School, Yenimahalle, Ankara. For experimentation and examination groups, three different materials were used; success and retention tests were done. For analysis SPSS 12.0 was used. Levene test, to find out if variences between groups were same; t-tests, at success and retention points were used (p<.05). There wasn‟t significant difference between success and retention points of the groups had used material that control was constructed with learning style and that learning style wasn‟t been considered. There wasn‟t effect of control constructed with learning style to success and retention. Reason of non-significance between groups can be students‟ general success in other lessons or difference between amount of English Lessons. So that, research can be done with different students, learning styles and learner controls.
