Modern economic and socio-cultural changes promote cross cultural communication increase, international collaboration development, and professional contacts between different cultures. It makes any specialist be a competent user of a foreign language, be able to adequate cross cultural communication. To teach students cross cultural communication as the factor of integration to multicultural society is a main one. Modern educational paradigm is supposed to change tasks of the whole educational system and has life long learning objective. New tendencies are global and coincide on the world level. The goal of this article is to find adequate approaches in teaching foreign languages during life long learning to enhance cross cultural training.
