The article considers the problem of a personal autonomy as a structural component of personal potential. The problem of a personal autonomy is most widely presented in theories of foreign authors. In domestic psychology the given problem only finds an urgency that causes necessity of its theoretical studying and empirical research. The work presents results of the correlation analysis of a personal autonomy and individual-psychological characteristics of the students involved in is innovative-entrepreneurial activity. Basing on these results it is established that development of a personal autonomy will promote more successful integration of students into innovative-entrepreneurial activity.
