The article considers the possibility of students intercultural competences forming by active dive into the organizational culture of the University. Purpose to substantiate the necessity and possibility of the students intercultural competence forming not only during classes but also under the influence of organizational culture of the University. Federal state educational standards in the areas of «State and municipal management», «personnel Management», «Jurisprudence», «Economics» are analyzed, and the General cultural competence, the development of which is possible during the direct activities in the framework of the established at the University of organizational culture are emphasized. 2. Functions of organizational culture, the implementation of which contributes to the formation of intercultural competence of students are allocated. 3. The ways of intercultural competence of students forming in the framework of the realization of functions of organizational culture are identified. Practical implications The results of the research can be applied in the process of formation of intercultural competence of students, as well as in the process of control of organizational culture of the University.
